We provide a dynamic workout program focused on building strength and endurance. What makes this class unique is the opportunity to tap into your inner ninja! We’ll cover functional movements, as well as specific obstacle course skills. These one hour group-led classes are offered throughout the week —workouts will vary from day to day, keeping things fresh and offering new challenges. Workouts are written in-house by our trainers, and typically include a warm-up, cardio or metabolic conditioning, parkour footwork exercises or work on a specific section of our ninja course, and a cool down.
Our adult fitness classes are challenging and physically demanding, but they also often involve an element of play. The importance of play rings through everything we do at Life Force Ninja. These one hour group-led drop-in classes fuse strength and endurance training with ninja challenges. Sessions include a warm-up and cool-down, and may include a varying mixture of the following: metabolic conditioning, strength training, work on specific skills and techniques, obstacle course challenges, and more. At Life Force Ninja we prioritize functional and safe movement and will help you work toward your fitness goals. Some classes will have ninja elements integrated into the workout, and some will use more traditional strength and conditioning elements. One thing is for certain though – at the end of the workout, you will be worn out, and best of all you’ll be stronger.
