Dynamic Fitness
We provide a dynamic workout program focused on building strength and endurance. What makes this class unique is the opportunity to tap into your inner ninja! We’ll cover functional movements, as well as specific obstacle course skills. These one hour group-led classes are offered throughout the week —workouts will vary from day to day, keeping things fresh and offering new challenges. Workouts are written in-house by our trainers, and typically include a warm-up, cardio or metabolic conditioning, parkour footwork exercises or work on a specific section of our ninja course, and a cool down.
