We provide a dynamic workout program focused on building strength and endurance. What makes this class unique is the opportunity to tap into your inner ninja! We’ll cover functional movements, as well as specific obstacle course skills. These one hour group-led classes will be offered Monday through Friday —workouts will vary from day to day, keeping things fresh and offering new challenges. Workouts are written by our professional trainer Addison, and typically include a warm-up, cardio or metabolic conditioning, parkour footwork exercises or work on a specific section of our ninja course, and a cool down.

Our adult fitness classes are not only a challenging workout—they are loads of fun! These one hour group-led drop-in classes fuse strength and endurance training with ninja challenges. Sessions include a warm-up and cool-down, and may include a varying mixture of the following: metabolic conditioning, strength training, work on specific skills and techniques, obstacle course challenges, and more. At Life Force Ninja we prioritize functional and safe movement and will help you work toward your fitness goals. Some classes will have ninja elements integrated into the workout, and some will use more traditional strength and conditioning elements. One thing is for certain though – at the end of the workout, you will be worn out, and best of all you’ll be STRONGER.
