Calling all new ninjas! If you’re trying ninja for the first time this is the best place to start. Apprentice curriculum focuses on building the foundational strength and body awareness necessary for basic obstacles. We’ll start with the building blocks of ninja and parkour and expand from there. We’ll work through a variety of different drills and exercises both on and off the course!
Kid’s Curriculum | Adult Curriculum
Ready to be a full-blown ninja? Our progression-based courses consist of eight one-hour sessions over seven weeks, where you’ll build strength and tackle obstacles with your peers. Starting at novice level with no prior obstacle course experience needed, you’ll learn basic techniques at our state-of-the-art ninja facility. At the end of the course an assessment will take place with the opportunity to advance to the next level of our ninja program. Target accomplishments will be discussed at the start of the course, and will be the benchmarks used to determine each level. Will you make it all the way to elite status? There’s only one way to find out!
These in-depth, skill-based classes focus on goal setting and personal development. Participants of these courses will learn a wide variety of functional movements, principals of parkour and ninja! These are all skills that can be transferred to many different sports and daily life. Come build your ninja skills alongside your peers with expert guidance from our knowledgeable coaches! Our goal is to foster a safe, supportive and motivating environment for all.
Our Band System
Track your progress though our band system, which consists of nine levels, ranging from apprentice (beginner) all the way to elite. Whether you’re a kid or an adult, our curriculum classes are based on the same foundations of functional movement, and will present a positive challenge for any fitness level. Kid’s and adult curriculum classes are taught separately.
