These classes are programmed for adults and late teens ages 16+. This dynamic workout program focuses on key body movements and strength building needed to be a successful ninja. Classes vary from day-to-day, presenting new challenges, while allowing you to meet your physical and mental goals. These one hour group-led drop-in classes fuse conditioning and endurance training, with an emphasis on grip strength, forearm strength, and core strength. The sport of ninja is a FULL BODY activity, requiring not only intense endurance, but also explosive bursts of power. Some classes will have ninja elements integrated into the workout, and some will use more traditional strength and conditioning elements.
