Our beginner-level Rec Ninja classes focus on exercises and drills that will build strength, body awareness, and mental fortitude—three of the most important aspects of ninja. These are all skills that can be transferred to many different sports and daily life. We also understand the importance of play, and we incorporate group games as well as other fun activities into these classes.
Life Force Ninja is one of the largest dedicated ninja gyms in the country, offering a huge variety of ninja and parkour elements to train on. We are always changing up obstacles and challenges to ensure there’s always something new to tackle in our classes.
Our team of ninja certified coaches love to share their knowledge, and are eager to help our kids learn the sport! Our goal is to foster a safe, supportive and motivating environment for all.
You may have noticed that there is an overlap in ages for the 3–5 and 5–7 Rec Ninja age groups. We have done this to provide a transitionary period between these two classes. For those of our ninjas that have participated in our 3–5 classes, and are ready for the next challenge, we recommend bumping up to the 5–7 class. If you’ve got a five year-old that is brand new to ninja, we recommend trying the 3–5 class first before bumping up to the 5–7 class.
