Ready to Party
Life Force Ninja is equipped to handle parties small and large! Our decorated private party rooms come prepared with tables and chairs to accommodate your guests. We also provide all the paperware (plates, cups, napkins) and cutlery you’ll need for food and beverage. Food and beverage is only allowed in your designated party room. There’s a fridge/freezer on site that you are welcome to use! We handle all the setup and cleanup. Filtered water is available onsite, and a water pitcher will be provided.
Ninja Play
The birthday ninja and their guests will have 90 minutes of gym time, starting with a brief safety orientation. Participants will then have a chance to test their mettle on our massive variety of upper and lower body obstacles—our courses offer an awesome challenge for any age! Ninja play time is led by one of our knowledgeable coaches, who will facilitate the group, offer tips on obstacles, and lead timed obstacle course runs complete with the American Ninja Warrior style buzzer and lights!
Birthday Party Package Details
- Parties take place during open gym sessions, though you’ll have access to your own private party room
- Party days/times can be viewed on our birthday party schedule
- Includes up to 10 ninjas, additional participants can be added for $25 each (for up to 20 participants total)
- Ages 5 and up are permitted for parties
- Knowledgeable coach to lead your birthday session
- 90 minutes of party time—divide however you like between play on the course and time in your party room
- Private decorated party room
- Paperware (plates/cups/napkins) and cutlery are provided. Outside food and beverage is allowed, though only permitted in your designated party room.
- Printable/email-able party invitations you can send to guests

Cancellation/Reschedule Policy
- Birthday parties are fully refundable up to one week in advance of the party date.
- Less than one week in advance, only re-schedules will be allowed (pending schedule availability).

Does the number of participants include the birthday ninja?
Yes, the total number of participants includes the birthday ninja.
What defines a participant?
A party participant is a guest who’s participating on the obstacles and in party room festivities. Spectators and parents who want to help out on the course (but not do any obstacles themselves) are free of charge (they don’t go toward your participant count), though they’ll need to sign a waiver for themselves in order to be out on the obstacle floor.
Is there an age limit for parties?
Our birthday party option is for ninjas five years of age or older. And yes, we do host birthday parties for adults too!
What supplies are stocked in the party room?
Our festive party rooms come fully decorated! We provide all disposable tableware: napkins, plates, cups, cutlery. If you have your own decorations or themed party-ware, you’re welcome to bring it in.
Can I bring my own food?
Yes! We have a fridge/freezer on site if you need to keep things cold. Food/beverage are only permitted within your designated party room.
What is your payment policy?
Birthday party bookings require full payment at the time of booking.
Will there be other groups in the gym during my party?
Parties coincide with our open gym sessions, so there will be other people in the gym alongside your party. You’ll have access to your own private party room for the duration of your party.
What should participants wear?
Clean athletic shoes are required for all participants. We recommend that ninjas wear comfortable clothing they can move easily in.
When can I check in for my party?
The party host is welcome to arrive up to 15 minutes prior to the start of the party to get settled. It’s helpful if you can instruct your guests to arrive 5–10 minutes early so we can get everyone checked in and ready to go!

Who needs to sign a waiver?
Anyone participating in the obstacle course will need to have a signed waiver on file. These waivers outline the risks associated with ninja activities: running, jumping, climbing, swinging, etc. The waiver can be signed in advance on our website, or in person at the gym. Additionally, parents who’d like to be out on the course helping will also need to sign a waiver. You only need to fill out the waiver once, as we keep them on file for each participant.
