No problem, our adult Ninja Fitness classes are built to accommodate all needs. From seasoned athletes to those just starting their fitness journey, there’s something for you at Life Force Ninja.
Ninja Fitness
Our adult fitness classes provide a dynamic workout program focusing on building strength and endurance, with the option to tap into your inner ninja. These one hour group-led drop-in classes are offered six days a week, and vary from day-to-day, presenting new challenges. Progress-based software helps you track your achievements and goals. Dynamic, engaging, and strength building with your peers. How awesome is that?
Ninja Sport Classes
Ready to develop the sport of ninja? These in-depth, skill-based classes focus on goal setting and personal development. Participants of these classes will learn a wide variety of functional movements, principles of parkour, and ninja. We focus on exercises and drills that will build strength, body awareness, and mental fortitude—three of the most important aspects of ninja. These are all skills that can be transferred to many different sports and daily life. Come build your ninja skills alongside your peers with expert guidance from our knowledgeable certified coaches! Our goal is to foster a safe, supportive and motivating environment for all. Everything in our classes can be scaled to meet personal needs. These classes are designed for ages 13 and up.
Open Gym
Bring the family, bring your friends, or come on your own! Open gym is the perfect time to hone your skills at your own pace, try out obstacles, and play at our facility. Our friendly trained staff will be on-hand to offer tips and advice any time. Open gym sessions are offered at various times of day, seven days per week.
Private Training
One-on-one training, tailored exactly to your needs. Our trainers will guide you through specific strength building exercises, ninja obstacles, and fitness routines to help you achieve your goals, whatever they may be. A great option if you’re training for specific events, or just want some one-on-one motivation. One-on-one training is available for all fitness levels.
Team
Our team, open to ages eight and up, focuses on building obstacle skills, strategies, techniques, as well as the body awareness and strength needed to succeed. We emphasize training for competitions, and travel as a team to various regional ninja competitions throughout Washington, Oregon, and British Columbia. Our team goals include:
- Fostering a team environment for kids and adults with a shared interest
- Learning advanced obstacle skills and techniques
- Building strength needed to be successful on challenging obstacles
- Developing strategies for speed and efficiency on timed course runs
- Treating team members and coaches with respect and supporting everyone’s efforts
- Learning the competitive format and rules of the Ultimate Ninja Athlete Association (UNAA), and Canadian Ninja League (CNL)
- Strongly encouraging and facilitating participation at ninja competitions in our area, including all Life Force Ninja competitions
Ninja Night
Ninja Nights are all about competitive fun, and are a great way to train for competitions. A competition-style course will be setup, and participants will get two runs to post their best times. Courses vary from week to week, so you can always expect something new!
