Combining movement and play

This class program is designed to build upon the foundations of ninja, and explore the vast variety the sport has to offer. With a gym full of constantly changing obstacles, these classes will always offer up something new to challenge you. We will focus on stringing together obstacles, training grip, upper body strength, agility, balance, as well as techniques such as generating swing, brachiating, laches, moving with obstacles, and more! Come build your ninja skills alongside your peers with expert guidance from our certified ninja coaches.

State of the art ninja facility

Life Force Ninja is one of the largest dedicated ninja gyms in the country, offering a huge variety of ninja and parkour elements to train on. We change up our obstacles and challenges often to ensure there’s always something new to tackle in our classes.

Certified coaches that care

Our team of ninja certified coaches love to share their knowledge, and are eager to help our students learn the sport! Our goal is to foster a safe, supportive and motivating environment for all.
