Rec Ninja Kids Classes
Our Rec Ninja Kids classes are all about having fun, playing, and developing skills. Our state-of-the-art ninja facility is one of the best in the country, offering a huge variety of ninja and parkour elements to train on. These group-led classes focus on exercises and drills that will build strength, body awareness, and mental fortitude—three of the most important aspects of ninja. These are all skills that can be transferred to many different sports and daily life. Come build your ninja skills alongside your peers with expert guidance from our knowledgeable certified coaches! Our goal is to foster a safe, supportive and motivating environment for all. Split into three age divisions including 3–5, 6–8, and 9–12. No prior experience necessary.
Rec Parkour Kids Classes
Our Rec Parkour Kids classes are designed to learn and develop the fundamentals and creativity of parkour. These group-led classes focus on parkour skills such as vaults, strides, tacks, plyometrics, laches, and more. These are all skills that can be transferred to many different sports and daily life. Come build your parkour skills alongside your peers with expert guidance from our knowledgeable certified coaches! Our goal is to foster a safe, supportive and motivating environment for all. Split into two age divisions including 6–8, and 9–12. No prior experience necessary.
Rec Ninja Micros Classes
Have littles ages 3–5? Get them started with our Rec Ninja Micro classes! These classes take place in a controlled environment with our knowledgeable coaches. Your little ninjas will develop their balance, strength and social skills through fun challenges and games that are age appropriate.
Pre-Team Kids Curriculum
The path to progression starts with our Pre-Team Curriculum! Our Pre-Team curriculum sessions are 10 weeks long, and are designed specifically for gaining a spot on one of our competitive teams. For kids ages 6–12 focusing on ninja as their primary sport, and who want to pursue our competitive teams, these sessions are for you. We will build strength through functional movement and exercise, all while developing ninja skills in our state-of-the-art facility. These classes require no previous experience or fitness level, but they are physically and mentally demanding classes, so kids should be prepared to focus on the course material, listen to coaches, and be ready to work hard!
Seasonal camps at Life Force Ninja are the BEST! Campers will play games, learn ninja skills from our expert coaches, run timed obstacle courses, and enjoy open play and craft time in our world-class facility. Our knowledgeable coaches lead each session, with campers split into groups by age for certain activities. Camps are capped at 30 kids per day, at a ratio of approximately 10 participants per coach.
Homeschool Ninja Program
Our homeschool ninja program is aimed to keep your child active in a fun and safe environment. Think of it like a ninja PE class! This session consists of 10 seventy-five minute classes over 10 weeks, where participants will build strength and tackle obstacles with their peers. A typical class will consist of warmup/games, obstacle skill training, agility/balance training, as well as 15 minutes of open play at the end of class. These in-depth, skill-based classes focus on goal setting and personal development. Starting at a beginner level with no prior experience needed, participants of these courses will learn a wide variety of functional movements, principals of parkour, and ninja.
Our competitive team builds upon our Ninja Sport/Pre-Team classes, providing a place for dedicated ninjas to take their skills to the next level. We focus on building obstacle skills, strategies, techniques, as well as the body awareness and strength needed to succeed in the incredibly demanding sport of ninja. Ninja requires tremendous strength and endurance, so in addition to obstacle work, we also incorporate a significant amount of strength and conditioning into our team programming. We emphasize training for competitions, and travel as a team to various regional ninja competitions throughout Washington, Oregon, and British Columbia as well as national-level competitions across the country.
We specialize in birthday parties, corporate events, and team building. Your guests will be thrilled to test themselves on our ninja course. We provide a fully decorated and set-up party area and knowledgeable coach to guide you through the course. To top it off, we handle the clean-up too!
Ages 5+ and families welcome! Our open gym times are a fantastic way to work on skills on your own or with friends. Knowledgeable coaches will be on duty at all times to promote safety on the course and help with basic tips. These sessions are perfect for family ninja time! A huge variety of obstacles are available, and suitable for both kids and adults. Spend time working on anything you want, or try your hand at various ground course challenges setup by our experienced coaches. All skill levels are welcome! Please note that open gym is not suitable for kids under the age of five. Check out our Micro Ninjas class for kids 3-5 years of age!
Ninja Nights are all about competitive fun, and are a great way to train for competitions. Competition-style courses will be setup, and participants will take their runs vying for the fastest time and best score. Courses vary from week to week, so you can always expect something new! Podium spots and bragging rights are given to the top three competitors!
