What we offer
Rec Ninja Kids Classes
Beginner-level classes for kids ages 3–5, 5–7, and 8–10, and 11–15 with eight week programs as well as drop-in options. Build your skills alongside other ninjas during these one-hour group led classes. Classes typically include a combination of warmup games, obstacle skills, agility courses, and lots more!
Rec Parkour Kids Classes
Our Rec Parkour classes are designed to learn and develop the fundamentals and creativity of parkour. These group-led classes focus on parkour skills such as vaults, strides, tacks, plyometrics, laches, and more.
Competitive Team
Our team, open to ages seven and up, focuses on building obstacle skills, strategies, techniques, as well as the body awareness and strength needed to succeed. We emphasize training for competitions, and travel as a team to various regional and national ninja competitions throughout the country.
Parent & Tot Classes
Our Parent & Tot class for ages 2–4 is a great way to play with your child in a controlled and fun environment! This class allows for parents to be actively involved with their child for the duration of the class, providing a unique opportunity to bond and learn new ways to move.
Adult Co-Ed & Women’s Rec Ninja Classes
Adults get to play too! We offer two programs for adults: Rec Ninja Co-Ed for ages 16+, and Rec Ninja Adult Women’s for ages 18+. Both are multi-week programs that are designed to explore ninja and learn the foundational movements of the sport. The classes will focus on training grip, upper body strength, agility, balance, as well as techniques such as generating swing, brachiating, laches, warped walls, and more!
Birthday Parties
Birthday parties at Life Force Ninja are like nothing else! Kids (and adults!) will have a huge variety of ninja, parkour, and agility obstacles to play on. We provide a fully set-up party room and knowledgeable coach to guide you through the course. To top it off, we’ll handle the clean-up too!
Camps
The ninja fan’s dream camp! Join us for summer, spring and winter camps with weekly and daily options. Campers will play games, learn ninja skills from our expert coaches, run timed obstacle courses, and enjoy open play time in our world-class facility. Our knowledgeable coaches will lead each session, and campers will be split into groups by age for certain activities.
Open Gym
Ages 5+ and families welcome! Our open gym times are a fantastic way to work on skills on your own or with friends. Knowledgeable coaches will be on duty at all times to promote safety on the course and help with basic tips. These sessions are perfect for family ninja time! A huge variety of obstacles are available, and suitable for both kids and adults. Spend time working on anything you want, or try your hand at various ground course challenges setup by our experienced coaches. All skill levels are welcome! Please note that open gym is not suitable for kids under the age of five.

Next Level Ninja Training
The competitive team program builds upon our Rec Ninja classes, providing a place for dedicated ninjas to take their skills to the next level. We focus on building obstacle skills, competition strategies, techniques, as well as the body awareness and strength needed to succeed in the incredibly demanding sport of ninja.
Competitions
With numerous competition opportunities, we emphasize the importance of traveling to competitions outside our gym. We typically travel to other gym competitions in Washington, Oregon, Canada, California, and more!
Expert Coaching
Life Force Ninja co-owners Jadyn and Becca are the head coaches of the team. With over five years of coaching and competition experience, they provide a powerful depth of knowledge and skill for our team ninjas.
Fostering Community
Our team is a community of passionate ninjas that love to move, play, and train hard! Beyond that, our team ninjas have built lasting friendships, and found a sense of place at our gym.
Progressive Level System
As with any sport, setting goals for progression is key to success in ninja. We have developed our own level system to keep our ninjas motivated to tackle that next set of goals. Each team level consists of at least 15 benchmark skills, starting at Level 1 and progressing to Level 13. All of the team levels are posted on our Team Wall at the gym.
Team Tryouts
Team tryouts take place three times per year in January, May, and September.
During tryouts, athletes will be tested on a series of benchmark skills (listed below) for the corresponding team they are attempting to get on. During team tryouts, our coaches will also be assessing:
- Respect for peers
- Focus and dedication
- Respect for gym rules and etiquette
- Listening to coaches and following directions
- Maturity
- Following the Life Force Ninja Team Code of Conduct
Once an athlete has been welcomed onto the team, we do require that they attend at least six team practices per month (there are eight total). This is to ensure that we are fostering an environment for dedicated athletes to progress their skills.
